Associate Relationship Manager – Direct Channel (Life Insurance)
Job Summary:
The Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships within the direct channel of life insurance. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell life insurance products to existing customers. Implement retention strategies to minimize customer churn.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with the sales process by providing product information and support to customers.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer interactions and data privacy.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
