Job Description

Job Roles and Duties: 

• To manage both new and current clients of affiliated banks and brokers in designated regions
• Assist your clients and channel partner in the lead-up to and after the sale.
• securing business with the bank’s personnel and potential clients
• Collaborate with the Bank’s sales and operations team to carry out joint sales.
• Help bank sell insurance products to attract banking clients
• Cooperating on the Business Implementation strategy with the Branch Manager
• driving and inspiring the branch employees in addition to Bank RM and offering

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in BFSI sales & marketing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
