We are looking for a Sales Development Manager in the Banca Channel – Branch Banking for India’s Leading Insurance Company in Mangalore, Karnataka.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with partner banks.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train bank staff on our insurance products.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct market research and report on sales performance.
- Drive business expansion strategies.
Qualification Required:
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 Years in the Sales and Marketing department.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
