Job Title: Bancassurance Manager – Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to enhance insurance product sales within the Karnataka banking sector.
Cultivate and manage relationships with bank partners to drive business growth.
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team focused on bancassurance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of insurance products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in bancassurance, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.5 to 3.75 LPA
