Post: Bancassurance Sales Manager

Seeking the extensive Bancassurance Sales Manager in the company by overseeing sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service.

CTC up to 3.75 LPA + Incentive; on roll job

Roles and Responsibility:

• Leads Provided by Branch.
• Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners Focus on Customer retention.
• To handle the walk-in Customers at the Branch.
• Generating leads from Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers.

Required Candidate profile

• Graduation Mandatory
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Banking / Finance / Insurance Sector
• Good Communication skills
