Post: Bancassurance Sales Officer

CTC up to 3 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Roles and Responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for driving business in assigned bank-mapped branches.
• Manage & maintain extremely good relationships with the managers of the bank partner.
• Review team progress against the plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers
• Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor.
• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
