We are hiring for an ideal branch sales officer who has experience and depth of knowledge of the sales process, excellent client handling, a source of customers, presentation skills, and lead closing.
Roles and responsibilities:
- monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
- Work as a team leader. Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team.
- Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas
- The team of sales managers will be responsible for the team (life insurance advisors) from their own social and professional networks. Implement and adhere to the need-based selling model to do cross-selling for insurance.
- Focus on sales Team Management, geographic coverage & managing the spread
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative
Desired Candidate Profile:
- minimum of 2+ year of experience in sales and marketing
- must be graduation
- local candidate
- Age: 21–38 years
- CTC: 2.75 To 3.15 LPA
