Job Description

To join our sales team, we’re seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development manager . You ought to be able to find new company opportunities through study. Additionally, you must be able to create compelling sales pitches and company plans. Additionally, you are in charge of creating and upholding enduring relationships with your clientele.

Responsibilities :

  • Meeting the business goals and objectives
  • Identifying and contacting potential client
  • Updating client and lead information in the respective databases
  • A sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Have to Sell life insurance through your team.
  • Managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Age 21–38 years
  • CTC: 2.75 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
  • Graduate (10+2+3)
  • Presently working
  • 2 To 7 years of field sales experience
  • Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
  • Good stability.
  • Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
