Position Overview:

Our sales department looks forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a Sales Development Manager. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.

CTC up to 3.15 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through networking, and other prospecting activities.
  • Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Network within the industry to build a strong professional network.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
  • Age: Minimum 21 Years   Maximum 40 Years
