Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through research, and networking
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Candidate Info
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
- Bachelor’s degree required for this position.
- A bike and valid license are required.
