Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Key Performers

• Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Generate leads through various channels and networking.
• Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
• Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance options with the channel sales team.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Required Performers

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field is preferred.
• Min 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in field sales or related areas.
• Effective leadership and management capabilities
• Motivational leadership skills
