We are hiring for India’s most leading insurance company for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us to expand our clientele at Visakhapatnam .

 

RESPONSIBILITY :-

  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  •   Maintain customer relationships
  •  Be an expert on the company product, market , and competitor
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE :-

  • Age should between 21 to 38 year
  • Minimum 2  year experience in sales
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Totally field work
  • Fix salary + incentive
  • Delivering on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals
  • Use qualifying strategies for new ideas
  • Collaborate with sales team for better alignment .
