Job Description

Strategic planning, sales, and marketing activities are overseen by the Business Development Manager . In charge of performance analysis, relationship development, and team management.

Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership: Take charge of, inspire, and grow a productive group of customer sales representatives.
  • Customer relationship management: Handle escalated concerns and cultivate long-lasting connections with important clients.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales force, respond to questions, and help close deals.
  • Process Improvement: Apply best practices for efficiency and streamline customer service procedures.
  • Performance Metrics: Create action plans for improvement and track the team’s KPIs.
  • Encourage open lines of communication both within the team and with other departments.
  • Budget Management: Work together to set a budget and make sure resources are used efficiently.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
