Job Description
Strategic planning, sales, and marketing activities are overseen by the Business Development Manager . In charge of performance analysis, relationship development, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Take charge of, inspire, and grow a productive group of customer sales representatives.
- Customer relationship management: Handle escalated concerns and cultivate long-lasting connections with important clients.
- Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales force, respond to questions, and help close deals.
- Process Improvement: Apply best practices for efficiency and streamline customer service procedures.
- Performance Metrics: Create action plans for improvement and track the team’s KPIs.
- Encourage open lines of communication both within the team and with other departments.
- Budget Management: Work together to set a budget and make sure resources are used efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
