Job Description
We are looking for a competitive Field Business Development Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. As an outside Sales Representative, or Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding and inspiring the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Hiring, Training, and Motivating team members.
- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Track and monitor your work.
- Learn details about our products and services.
- Build relationships with existing customers.
Requirements and skills:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of any sales experience
- Age: 21 to 40
- CTC: 250000 to 380000
- Self-motivated
- Good Communication
- Negotiation
