Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and direct the sales staff, as well as oversee recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Create and carry out strategic sales strategy to exceed BFSI sector goals.
  • Develop solid customer connections and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Maintain an awareness of industry developments, market circumstances, and rivals.
  • Sales team mentoring to enhance sales, product expertise, and service.
  • Present sales data, analytics, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that sales are in accordance with industry rules and corporate policy.
  • Actively respond to client comments to improve satisfaction.

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a closely related discipline is required. MBAs are preferable.
  • Proven sales management expertise in the BFSI sector.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial goods and services.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities.
  • Results-oriented, with a history of reaching or surpassing sales objective
  • Familiarity with industry rules and compliance needs.
