Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to foster growth within the Karnataka banking sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Provide regular market insights and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in business development, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.5 to 3.75 LPA
