Job Description

Oversee customer service and sales support for the insurance department. Lead a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences, streamline sales processes, and facilitate communication between clients and the sales team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Team leadership and motivation.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for efficient operations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct training for customer service and sales support.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Min. 1 to 4 years exp. Of in sales & marketing and BFSI.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
