Job Summary:

A Business Development Manager with two years of field sales experience who is enthusiastic and driven is what we are looking for. To increase market reach and meet sales goals, this position demands strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Use market research, networking, and field sales to find and create new company prospects.
  • To promote long-term business growth, cultivate and preserve solid relationships with both current and potential customers.
  • Create and implement strategic sales programs to meet your company’s growth and revenue targets.
  • To complete agreements, do product demos, sales presentations, and negotiations.
  • Create leads and efficiently oversee the sales funnel.
  • Respond quickly to questions, complaints, and feedback to guarantee client happiness.
  • To find fresh chances, keep an eye on consumer demands, rival activity, and market trends.
  • To improve company strategy, work together with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development).
  • To increase your company’s reach, go to trade exhibits, industry events, and networking gatherings.
  • Create performance evaluations and sales reports to monitor company expansion and enhance sales tactics.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth.
