Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with two years of field sales experience to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use field sales, networking, and referrals to find and create new company opportunities.
- Build and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
- To close deals, conduct talks, sales presentations, and product demos.
- Assess potential customers and effectively manage the sales funnel.
- Work together with the marketing and sales departments to maximize lead generation and conversion tactics.
- Stay abreast on industry advancements, competition, and market trends.
- Monitor and communicate sales performance indicators while offering guidance for ongoing development.
- Respond to questions and concerns as soon as you can to guarantee client satisfaction.
- To increase the visibility of your business, take part in networking events, trade exhibits, and industry gatherings.
Candidate Profile:
- two years or more of expertise in field sales, either from company to business or from business to consumer.
- demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- the ability to work in a busy environment both independently and collaboratively.
- familiarity with CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- driven by oneself and results-oriented
