Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of field sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field sales efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to optimize sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand business reach.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth.
- Familiarity with lead generation and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and market analysis techniques.
