Job Summary:

To join our expanding team, we are seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with two years of field sales experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To locate and generate new business prospects, use field sales, networking, and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with both present and potential clients.
  • Perform product demonstrations, sales presentations, and discussions to finalize deals.
  • Qualify prospects and run the sales funnel efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing divisions to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Keep up with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Track and share sales performance metrics while providing direction for continuous improvement.
  • To ensure customer happiness, address inquiries and issues as soon as you can.
  • Participate at trade shows, industry events, and networking events to expand your company’s reach.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in field sales in a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment for at least two years.
  • proven capacity to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • great communication, bargaining, and interpersonal skills.
  • the ability to function both alone and collaboratively in a busy environment.
  • competence with CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Motivated and intent on attaining outcomes
