Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Kasaragod. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience and a strong ability to identify business opportunities, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and direct sales efforts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Kasaragod and nearby areas for client meetings.
