Manage important alliances and spot new commercial prospects to propel expansion.
Key duties include: • Creating growth plans and hitting financial goals.
• Establish and preserve connections with interested parties.
• Perform market research and modify plans as necessary.
• Oversee employees and front-line sales operations.
• Create and put into action sales strategies.
A prerequisite
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA.
• More than two years of experience in insurance business growth.
• Excellent networking and industry expertise.
