Job Description :
- Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably within the furniture or home d cor industry.
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels, retail operations, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to inform decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Familiarity with marketing and promotion strategies to drive product visibility and demand.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for channel partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
