Job Description

We are having urgent requirement for the Designation of a Business Development Representative.

Roles And Responsibility:

  • To achieve the business objectives of the sales unit, the incumbent will develop and implement a sales plan for the partner.
  • Lead, inspire, and instruct your companion.
  • Establish and track specific goals to meet the partners’ agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Assist partners in lead generation, lead tracking, and sales closure.
  • Assist partners with cross- and up-selling to clients based on need analysis
  •  Assist the partner in continuing to facilitate their training to maintain a fruitful channel at all times.
  • Ask partners and clients for regular feedback on how satisfied they are with the selling process and the items.
  •  Examine the partner’s sales strategy and encourage expansion.

Candidate Profile:

  • The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
  • Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience at 2 years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
  • Android-based smartphone.
  • Good communication skill.
