Job Description

Job Title: Channel Sales Manager – Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand market presence within the banking sector in Karnataka.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
Collaborate with partners to ensure effective marketing and sales campaigns.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in channel sales, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
