Channel Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to oversee our distribution channels and drive sales growth for our insurance products.

Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including brokers, and agents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel agents.
Offering and allocating work to team members.
Ability to allocate duties based on the skills of employees
Sales of life insurance policies through the agency model.
Keeping up with numerous beneficial marketing investments and techniques.

Identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Good time management skills.
Candidate Specifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Age: 22 to 38
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
