Recruit and educate the best life advisors—protection—who stand out for having a clear meaning and purpose in life. This will contribute to the long-term growth of value Agency Company. Locating, attracting, and keeping consumers in order to reach company goals through retail distribution.
Roles and Responsibilities::
- Finding the best Life Protection advisors (LAs) that stand out for their protection and meaning while fulfilling the ideal LA requirements
- Create a variety of hiring channels in Los Angeles, such as organizing neighborhood events and ardently advocating for a job in agency.
- guaranteeing the new LAs’ passing the IRDA test and their solid product and company knowledge.
- Teach LAs how to follow up on leads, make appointments, and generate leads (prospecting).
- Joint field calls (JFC) and in-field training for LAs are intended to guarantee that they form good work, calling, and prospecting habits.
- Teach LAs the value of providing high-quality advice and sales.
- Fulfillment of quarterly, monthly, and annual business plans
- Every day, schedule and finish at least three real sales or recovery calls, and report the results on Mobile Rock
- Continue to produce in LA in accordance with the plan.
- ensuring excellent sales and advice by having a strong focus on protection, customer centricity, and quality.
The ideal profile::
- A native of the area. It is required. Best if > 2–5 years
- Have around 2 of sales experience; ideally outside the life insurance industry. Should you be from the Open market sales industry
- The minimal degree required in any field.
- Need a personal vehicle
- The preference would be given to female candidates.
