Job Description
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the organization’s network of channel partners, driving sales through indirect channels, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves strategic planning, partner relationship management, and ensuring consistent growth within the assigned territory or market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage channel sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement partner-focused campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for channel expansion.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of partner concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream
02 Years of Experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner ecosystem dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a strategic mindset.
Willingness to travel to build and maintain partner relationships.
