Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Mysuru. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves developing and managing channel partners, driving sales, and expanding market reach.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and agents to drive sales growth.
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners to enhance performance.
Monitor channel sales performance and take corrective actions when needed.
Work closely with partners to generate leads, acquire new customers, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
Ensure partners adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and performance metrics.
Travel within Mysuru and surrounding areas to strengthen channel sales networks.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Experience in channel sales, distributor management, or partner acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Mysuru.
Experience in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct selling.
Strong networking and prospecting skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement sales strategies.
