Post: Business Development Manager
CTC up to: 6.50+ Incentive + Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities: 

• Achieving the sales target through assigned leads.
• Meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial needs and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.
• Take daily follow-up of clients.
• Providing pre-and post-sales support.
  Ensuring quality of business and persistence.
  Candidate’s Profile: 
  Graduation is compulsory.
  Minimum 1+ years of BFSI and Life Insurance experience.
  Age: 22 to 38 Years.
  Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
  Candidate Preference:  
  Good Communication Skills
  Ability to convince and influence others
  Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
  Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
  Willing to travel in the designated region/city
