Position: Chief Sales Manager 
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team and help us grow our customer base.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Become a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs and recommending the best insurance solutions.
Achieve ambitious sales targets by effectively presenting our products and building strong relationships.
Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the sales process.
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Contribute to our high-quality standards through perseverance and a commitment to excellence.
Qualification Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, specifically with Life Insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You’re a natural communicator who builds rapport easily.
• A strong problem-solving mindset: You can identify client needs and find solutions quickly.
• Excellent time management skills: You’re organized and efficient in your daily work.
• A results-oriented attitude: You’re motivated to achieve success and driven to exceed expectations.
•  Self-motivation: You are proactive and can work independently to achieve your goals.
