Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with our agency partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships, driving agency growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to agency partners.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
• Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Resolve agency partner issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Life insurance license preferred.
