Job Description :
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to clients.
- Coordinate the delivery of website designing and digital marketing services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our in-house technical team.
- Ensure timely renewal of services and manage client accounts.
- Handle client communications, including answering calls, responding to emails, and communicating via WhatsApp.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
- Gather feedback through calls, emails, and WhatsApp interactions.
- Identify opportunities and sell add-on services to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
