Job Description
The Banca Channel Sales Executive/Officer plays a crucial role in promoting and selling life insurance products to bank customers within assigned bank branches.
Responsibility:
- Complete life insurance product sales goals through designated bank branches.
- Among the bank’s customers, identify potential customers and make proactive contact with them.
- Give pitches outlining the features and benefits of different insurance products and how they can be specific to meet the needs of specific customer.
- Engage in helpful advertising efforts and sales calls with bank employees.
- Understand the financial needs and goals of bank customers through effective communication and needs analysis
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Offer after-sales support and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and potential for future sales
- This role may require travel to various bank branches within the assigned region.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree is necessary.
- A minimum of two years of sales management experience, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and bargaining abilities.
- Excellent reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
