Profile – SDM(Sales development manager)/Corporate agency manager/bancassurance manager

Job description:
– Sales:
• Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from company’s product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• customers and getting leads from bank Employees.
• Converting those leads Based on customer.
• Requirements Doing joint calls with bank employee
• Leads provided by the bank from the database.

CTC : 3.15 Lpa + Incentive; onroll job

Representative Qualifications/Skills:
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience/ BFSI
Age: 21 to 38 years
Communication: Good communication Skill
Product knowledge-Life Insurance
