CTC up to 3.75 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Position Overview:

To oversee relationships and accomplish local business goals through the channel partners’ sales force and distribution network

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The bank will provide leads.
• To promote insurance through the Banca channel.
• Make sure they are achieving both the team and individual sales goals.
• Inform customers about products to deepen the banking relationship.
• Keep track of consumer concerns, complaints, and response times to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate profile:

• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in BFSI / Insurance Sector
• Good Communication skills
• Graduation mandatory
