Job Description
A Corporate Agency Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales agents within a corporate setting, driving business growth by managing client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, recruiting and training new agents, and ensuring consistent high performance to achieve sales targets across a designated territory or customer base.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
- Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Candidate Requirement:
- Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Age 21 to 38 years.
