We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Direct Sales Manager to join our team in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as brokers and agents
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs and expectations are met
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate and finalize business contracts and agreements
Requirements

Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Candidate info

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
