Job Description: Direct Sales Manager
Location:  Thiruvananthapuram
Reports to : Sales Manager

Overview:
A Direct Sales Manager responsible for leading and managing a sales team to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts. The role involves developing sales strategies, setting goals, and ensuring the team achieves.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  2. Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
