Reports to : Sales Manager
Overview:
A Direct Sales Manager responsible for leading and managing a sales team to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts. The role involves developing sales strategies, setting goals, and ensuring the team achieves.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
