Job Description
A Direct Sales Manager sometimes referred to as a sales manager or sales executive, oversees a group of sales representatives in order to generate revenue for the business. They are in charge of establishing sales targets, finding new clients, and preserving existing ones.
Roles and responsibilities
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
