Job Description

As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products or services to potential clients.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.

Nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel and collaborates with sales teams for a smooth handover.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile :

Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years

Qualification:-  Graduate/MBA

Experience:-  +2  years in any field of sales

Skills :-

  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Goal-oriented mind-set with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role is preferred.
