Job Summary:

We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Hubli. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience and a strong ability to drive direct sales, build client relationships, and meet revenue targets. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and team coordination to maximize business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts in Hubli.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Hubli to meet clients.
