Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Direct Sales Manager to lead and expand our direct sales operations in Mysuru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, driving revenue growth, and managing sales teams to ensure business success. Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement direct sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and approach potential customers to drive new business.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training and support.
Conduct field visits, sales meetings, and presentations to close deals.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors.
Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Proven experience in direct sales and business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to sales.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting systems.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
