As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set clear and measurable sales targets for the team, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to communicate features and benefits to clients effectively.
- Oversee the creation and execution of outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management and monitoring capabilities. Improve agent productivity and retention.
Candidate Profile :
Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate/MBA
Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales
Skills :-
Proven ability to engage and qualify leads using outbound prospecting strategies.
Previous experience in sales development, inside sales, or similar roles is advantageous.
