Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bijapur. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience and is passionate about driving sales, acquiring new customers, and building strong client relationships. This role involves direct sales, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales efforts in Bijapur.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and customer support.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bijapur and nearby areas for client meetings.
