Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gulbarga. The ideal candidate has 1 years of field sales experience and a passion for business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct field sales.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports in CRM software.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Gulbarga and nearby areas for client meetings.
