Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gulbarga. The ideal candidate has 1 years of field sales experience and a passion for business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct field sales.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports in CRM software.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- 1 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Gulbarga and nearby areas for client meetings.
