Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mysuru. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings to generate business.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and after-sales service.
Travel within Mysuru and nearby regions to meet potential customers and grow the business.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Mysuru and nearby areas.
