We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Manager who can design sales strategy and attract new clients
Required Performers
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- The Guide, train, and encourage the sales team.
- Train all partners for them to be able to use the company products
- Ensure regular communication with pending leads/references.
- The major responsibility is to sell life insurance products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals and increase market share in the insurance business.
- Generating leads via, networking, referrals.
- Educating prospective consumers about insurance coverage and explaining difficult insurance concepts.
Skill requirement
- Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Experience with various sales strategies.
- Experience in field sales or related fields.
- Knowledge of insurance products or services
- Multitasking and handling multiple client inquiries
Required Candidate profile
Experience in sales at least 1 year in any field
Age 22 to 38
Education. Graduation
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
