  • Develop agents in line with career development.
  • Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements.
  • Monitoring key competition.
  • Drive business from agents.
  • Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Monitor the day-to-day activity.

Desired Candidate:

  • Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
  • Age: 21 to 38 Years.
